Two Brothers. One Mission.
Tactical Inspections & Aerial Imaging LLC was founded by brothers
Lloyd Blair and Jonathan German Briones
with one shared mission: give people honest information they can trust.
Lloyd Blair - Owner/Certified Inspector
U.S. Marine Corps veteran (2003–2007, Lance Corporal, two combat tours in Iraq) with 25+ years of hands-on construction experience — from a union framing apprenticeship through roofing, remodeling, and auto body work.
InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® (ID NACHI26033145) with ICA certifications in residential inspection, commercial inspection, thermal imaging, pool & spa, and more.
Jonathan German Briones — Co-Owner /
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot

We believe people deserve honest answers — not scare tactics, unnecessary pressure, or salesmanship. We
plan to earn your trust one inspection, one client, and one honest answer at a time.
